Quick update as I started training for the Marine Corps Marathon this week. I think that having this training plan to follow will give me something to focus on so it’s a good thing.
Saturday – nada
Sunday – 6 mile hike in Blue Hills
Monday – Rest
Tuesday – 3 miles
Wednesday – 1/2 hour yoga
Thursday – 3 miles
Friday – 3 miles
Tomorrow is my birthday so some friends are coming over for a game night and then we’re going to go out to breakfast Sunday morning. I’m really looking to spend some good down time with great people.
Speaking of which, one of them told me about my choice for the song this week not too long ago and I listen to it daily, sometimes multiple times a day. Thank you, C.
